Leadership & Consulting
Bridging clinical care and digital health innovation.
Stephanie Epstein, LCSW, is a clinical leader working at the intersection of mental health, addiction recovery, and health technology. With more than a decade of experience across university, nonprofit, and private-practice settings, she has become a founding clinical voice in the digital health space, helping build whole-person, technology-forward models of care.
Current Work in Tech
Stephanie serves as Director of Therapy & Clinical Operations at Nosis Health, where she was a founding therapist. Nosis is reimagining recovery with whole-body care rooted in biology, combining in-depth biomarker analysis, personalized care plans, and an integrated team of providers, health coaches, dietitians, and therapists to address the metabolic, hormonal, and physiological realities that traditional recovery often overlooks. Stephanie helps shape the clinical model, therapy program, and operations that bring this vision to life.
Leadership Philosophy
Stephanie leads the way she practices: with a whole-person lens, a bias toward building, and a belief that better systems create better outcomes. She is passionate about equipping clinicians, founders, and teams to deliver care that treats people as whole human beings, mind, body, and biology.
